Went for lunch at OldTown White Coffee in Mines and had a really bad experience. My friends and I sat and ordered, and later only read the comments in foursquare which agreed that the place has bad service.

My friend ordered fried chicken set with fries, as the dish arrived and he took a bite on the chicken, it was cold inside and not fully cooked. So i called the waiter and informed her on the condition of the fried chicken. She didn’t even bother to say sorry, just took the dish and left. My friend waited for the fried chicken in hopes they will replace it with a properly cooked fried chicken. To our surprise, the waiter just recooked the fried chicken which he already bit and returned back to us.

Damn, what kind of service is this? And the waiter didn’t even bother to say sorry later on. The milk used in the coffee was also spoiled, two of my friends had this with their coffee. Everything was not proper at this place.

I have never had this kind of experience in any other OldTown White Coffee franchises. So if you guys are planning to eat here, beware! And to those who always go here, your turn of bad experience my come up soon! As for me, i am never stepping my foot in this place again!
