The main destination of my visit while on a road trip to Kuala Selangor was to visit Bukit Melawati and see the historic lighthouse. The place was really windy once you reach the top by taking the mini train. I really loved the sea view from the hill and also the other historic monuments.

During weekends you are not able to drive up the hill so you can take the train which is a fun ride. If you take the train you might miss out on some historical places such as the poisoned well and museums. So go on a weekday or if you don’t mind walking, i am sure you would enjoy more. Near by this place are the Nature Park and Aquaria. Don’t miss it.
